A group of women was awarded on the occasion of the International Day of Rural Women

October 15 - International Day of Rural Women.

Today it is widely celebrated in many countries around the world.
All women working in the system of the Pasture Development Association were awarded a letter of gratitude from the chairman of the association and a valuable gift on the occasion of the Rural Woman's Day.

The United Nations General Assembly on 18 December 2007 recognized the role of rural women, including indigenous peoples, in accelerating agricultural and rural development, food security and the eradication of rural poverty, and proclaimed 15 October as International Rural Women's Day. This holiday was first celebrated on October 15, 2008.
