A meeting was held with the participation of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Latvia

On October 23, Deputy Chairman of the Central Election Commission Bahrom Kuchkarov met with Deputy Chairman of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Latvia Sigords Stradins.
It was noted at the meeting that amendments and additions were made to the Constitution and the Electoral Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan to further democratize and liberalize the electoral process.
In his speech, Bahrom Kuchkarov noted that observers from many foreign countries and international organizations have visited our country, and not only international observers, but also representatives of the international media are in our country today. All conditions have been created for the media to cover the democratic process fairly and quickly, and for observers to move freely around the polling stations.
As Sigords Stradins points out, political and economic relations between our countries are very important. We are here to learn about your country's electoral law and practice. Sharing experiences is good for all of us.
