A memorandum of cooperation was signed between the khokimiyat of the Syrdarya region and the Agency for Innovative Development

In order to turn the Syrdarya region into a "Zone of advanced innovations", on April 17, 2023, the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Cooperation aimed at supporting innovation was held between the administration of the Syrdarya region and the Agency for Innovative Development.

During the ceremony, the director of the Agency for Innovative Development, Olimjon Tuychiev, made a speech and explained the essence and content of this Memorandum of the youth of the Syrdarya region and stressed that this Memorandum is the first step to turn the Syrdarya region into a "region of advanced innovations".

The main purpose of this Memorandum is to support the existing innovation and start-up ecosystem in the region, to bring innovative solutions to priority areas of the economy, including the driver industries of the region, to implement other activities and innovative projects related to this industry in the region.

Also, within the framework of this Memorandum, in order to support our potential youth, young scientists and scientific researchers, it is planned to send a total of 33 young people from all regions and cities of the Sirdarya to the People's Republic of China for training for a period of 3 months and, as a result, to implement innovative projects in the region based on Chinese experience.
