A new power plant will be launched in Syrdarya

The construction work of a new power plant with a capacity of 1500 megawatts has started in Syrdarya region.

According to information, the power plant produces 12 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity per year. Thanks to innovative energy-saving technologies, this power plant will save up to 1.1 billion cubic meters of natural gas per year.

Construction work continues in Shirin city and Bayaut district. Commissioning of the station is planned for the end of 2023.
