to increase planting of food products to at least 300 thousand hectares.
In general, the placement of crops on food plots will be determined by the Horticulture Agency.
Starting from September 15, according to the recommendation of the governor's assistants, the officials were instructed to provide unsecured loans of up to 150 million soums for seeds, fertilizers, fuel, plant protection and working capital for vegetable, leguminous and oil crops.
In this case, it is allowed to allocate half of these funds in cash. For this purpose, an additional 300 billion soums will be allocated to the Horticulture Agency.
The Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Agriculture were instructed to introduce a completely new system of crediting fruit and vegetable crops.
Now, 50% of the cost of crop insurance will be covered by the state for clusters and farmers growing potatoes, vegetables, and oil crops. For this purpose, 50 billion soums will be allocated from the Agricultural Fund in the coming year.
Henceforth, insurance policy is credit security for food loans such as cotton and grain.
