A number of restrictions on property rights will be abolished

The Presidential Decree "On reliable protection of the inviolability of property rights, prevention of unreasonable interference in property relations, and measures to increase the level of capitalization of private property" was adopted.

By decree, the following procedures, requirements and restrictions will be canceled from September 1, 2022:

in the use of land rights:

terminating the right to the land by canceling the documents that are the basis for the creation of the right to the land, these documents can only be canceled or declared invalid by the court;
formalization of voluntary relinquishment of land by Government decisions (a notarized application for voluntary relinquishment is the basis for revoking the right);
cancellation of rights to land upon liquidation of a legal entity;
to provide other real estate of the state as compensation for taking land for public needs, in which housing in multi-apartment buildings may be provided;
in the exercise of property rights to housing:

obtaining their consent for permanent deregistration of those who do not have property rights in relation to the residence or are not related to the owner of the residence;
to claim this residence in kind after 3 years from the time of the state registration of ownership of the residence from the individual who was found by the court to be a bona fide owner of the residence.
