A number of rights or restrictions on immovable property are subject to state registration

The Law "On the Improvement of the Procedure for State Registration of Rights to Immovable Property" has been signed by the President. This law shall enter into force in 3 months from the date of its official publication.

This law shall apply to the state registration of rights to the following types of real estate:

land plots;
buildings, structures, including incomplete objects;
to perennial ferns;
to an enterprise as a property complex.
The following rights or restrictions on immovable property are subject to state registration:

right of ownership;
the right for permanent possession;
right of permanent use;
right of lifetime ownership which is transferred by inheritance;
right of lease;
secondary lease;
the right of farming;
right of operational management;
right of trust of real estate;
right to free use;
rent;
mortgage;
easement;
restrictions on rights to immovable property.
