A penthouse has become the most expensive house in the emirate

A penthouse located in Dubai's Jumeirah Bay skyscraper complex has sold for a record price, making it the most expensive house sale in the emirate, The National News reports.

The penthouse is located in the Bulgari Lighthouse building. The sale was recorded on 1 February and the buyer paid $112 million for the house.

The penthouse is reportedly spread over 3,600 square metres and consists of nine bedrooms. It was also reported to include parking for 5 cars.
