The president stressed that all bus routes must be revised by the end of the year to take into account the needs of the population.

Regional khokims, together with the Ministry of Transport and the Tashkent State Transport University, have been instructed to develop a transport master plan for all regional centres by July 1.

The need to conduct a separate survey of the population and obtain their opinion has been shown. In order to expand the bus fleet, a system of incentives for bus fleet renewal will be introduced for transport entrepreneurs.

    when carriers are selected depending on the newness of the bus, the guaranteed period of passenger transportation on the route is extended to 7 years (no contract is concluded for buses older than 10 years);

    entrepreneurs are allowed to pay VAT in instalments for the new buses they bring
