Advocacy is to be licensed online

From 1 January 2023 licensing of advocacy will be carried out in the fields of civil and commercial litigation and administrative and criminal litigation.

The applicant shall apply for a licence electronically through the AT Licence or EPISA (my.gov.uz).

The licence is issued for an unlimited period at the place of permanent residence of the applicant and is valid throughout Uzbekistan.

A fee of 50% of BСV (150,000 sums) is charged for the processing of the application.
