An earthquake has been registered on the territory of Tajikistan at 07.36 a.m on March 9, the media report. The epicentre of the earthquake was located 598 km south-west of Almaty on the territory of Tajikistan.

The quake had an energy class of 11.7 and a magnitude MPV of 5.7. The depth is 25 km. No MSK-64 sensitivity information is available.
