An eco-city in the desert

Dubai will build an eco-city in the desert. It is noted that the design of the city, which includes a multi-storey greenhouse, an agro-technology institute, an eco-tourism and health centre, was approved at the same time.

The aim of the construction of eco-town is to grow and bring quality fruits and vegetables to Dubai, as well as to reduce the emission of harmful gases from the metropolis.

It is also planned to turn the city into a tourist zone, where it is envisaged to create 10 thousand jobs.

It is noted that this complex is to become a city specialising in salt water recycling, waste sorting and treatment. In addition, the greenhouse, which resembles a plant stem, will have sections for tourists and outdoor verandas.
