An international memorial conference dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the birth of Uktam Pardaevich was held

On August 23-24 this year, an international scientific conference on “Construction Mechanics, Hydraulics and Water Resources Engineering – Construction 2022” is held, dedicated to the 70th anniversary and bright memory of the birth of Professor Uktam Pardaevich Umurzakov, chairman of the Higher Education Council of Uzbekistan and Doctor of Economic Sciences.

For reference, Uktam Umurzakov born on August 20, 1952. He served as chairman of the Republican Higher Education Council, rector of the Tashkent Institute of irrigation and agricultural mechanization engineers, doctor of Economic Sciences, professor.

In 1983 he was awarded the laureate of the prize of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan (in the field of Science and technology), in 2011 the badge "20th anniversary of independence of Uzbekistan", in 2012 the badge "excellence in water management of Uzbekistan", in 2016 the badge "25th anniversary of independence of Uzbekistan".

Active in public affairs, has high organizational skills, has a reputation not only at the level of the institute, but also in ministries, departments and public organizations. He is the author of more than 120 scientific and methodological works.
