An Uzbek participant in the Beijing Olympics

Only one representative of Uzbekistan, Komiljon Tukhtaev, will represent Uzbekistan in the alpine slalom and giant slalom at the 2022 Winter Olympics, which are scheduled for February 4-20.

The skier is currently preparing for the Olympics at the San Vigilio Di Marebbe complex in Italy.

The first Uzbek performance is scheduled for February 13 in the giant slalom and on February 16 in the slalom.

Tukhtaev was also sole skier to represent Uzbekistan at the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang.
