Approximately 12 million domestic tourist trips were made in 2022

 A meeting dedicated to domestic tourism was held at the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.

 At the meeting, the ongoing work on the development of domestic tourism, as well as issues of development of the industry, in particular, the achievement of the set targets in the field of domestic tourism in 2023, were discussed.

 For information, domestic tourism is developing in our country as a result of the law, by-laws, decrees and decisions taken in order to develop domestic tourism.  In particular, during 2022, 11,435 domestic tourist trips were made as part of the "Travel around Uzbekistan" program (1.9 times more than in 2021).  In particular, during 2022, 11,435 (1.9 times more than in 2021) domestic tourist trips were made as part of the Travel Uzbekistan program.

 In particular, 700.1 thousand departures of labor collectives, 37.9 thousand departures of women registered as women, 1.4 thousand departures of disadvantaged families, 588.3 thousand departures of youth and older generation, 10 million 107  .4 thousand departures of local residents.
