The Uzbekiston Temir Yollari company reported that the launch of high-speed trains on the Tashkent-Almaty and Nukus-Beineu routes is being postponed.

Earlier it was reported that the first flights on the Nukus-Beineu and Tashkent-Almaty routes were to take place in April-May 2022.

The launch of the high-speed train was postponed at the initiative of the Kazakh side due to the risk of the spread of coronavirus infection.
Those who have already purchased tickets can return the money or reissue them for a later date.
