Attention drivers, be careful in rainy weather!

The Road Safety Service warns that it is best to keep a sufficient distance during the rain, as the roads will be slippery. It has also been advised not to jerk on the accelerator and brake pedals and to be careful of pedestrians and not to cross the road in prohibited areas.

Pedestrians are reminded that pedestrians are splashed with water or mud as a result of inattentive drivers in rainy weather:

—Driving vehicles on pavements, splashing passengers with mud will incur a fine of half the BCV (150,000 UZS).
