Automated air pollution monitoring stations to be installed in the regions

To collect hydrometeorological information in Uzbekistan, automated meteorological stations will be increased. This was announced at a meeting with the participation of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev.

It is noted that now automated substations for monitoring air pollution are being installed in every district and city. Based on this, a rating of the cleanliness of the air of the territories is formed and the work of officials is assessed.

In addition, in the direction of hydrometeorology, the number of automated weather stations will be increased, equipment for hydrological measurements will be automated, and a mobile application for the agrometeorological service will be launched.
