Bahadir Abdullayev passed away

A talented journalist, recipient of the honorary title of "Oʼzbekistonda xizmat koʼrsatgan madaniyat xodimii", the Order "Mehnat shuhrati" and the "Radio and TV a'lochisi" badge Bahadir Abdullayev has passed away.
Bahadir Abdullayev was born on March 13, 1937 in Tashkent to a family of intellectuals. After graduating successfully from school №24 in the "Old Town", he studied at the Department of Journalism of the Philological Faculty of Central Asian State University (now UzSU).
During his studies, he won a competition for young reporters and radio announcers. Thirteen-year-old Bahadir, in the same spirit, developed a passion for radio and devoted his life to radio and television journalism.
During his career, he enjoyed the school of radio and television created by U.Y.Ibragimov, U.B.Burkhonov, B.Z.Ziyoyev and U.Umarbekov, and shared his experience with his comrades and pupils.
The invaluable spiritual heritage of our nation was the hundreds of radio productions on the phonetics of the republican radio, in particular, the sealed on magnetic tapes radio montages of classical stage productions staged in the national theatres of the capital and read by the prominent actors themselves.
During the years of his work as Director General of Uzbek Television Elga Manzur took an active part in producing the programmes.
In the first decade of the country's independence, the National Creative Association of TV serials and dubbing was established within Uzbektelefilm. Hundreds of original and dubbed serials such as "Charxpalak", "Iymon", "Umidingii soʼndirma", "Doka roʼmol qurishi", "Ramayana", "Qalbim chechagi", "Kusto komandasining suv osti sarguzashtlari" are currently broadcast on national television channels.
Bahadir Abdullaev has been awarded the honorary title of "Oʼzbekistonda xizmat koʼrsatgan madaniyat xodimi", the "Mehnat shuhrati" Order and the "O'izbekiston mustaqilling Bir yilligi" and "Radio and TV a'lochisi" Badges for more than half a century of work.
