Boeing to halt cooperation with Russian airlines

Boeing, the American aviation concern, has declared that major operations in Russia have been suspended and its office in Kiyiv has been temporarily closed.
"We have also halted the supply of components, technical assistance and maintenance to Russian airlines," the managers said in a statement.
Aeroflot, the fleet of Russia's main airline, consists mainly of Boeing 737 and 777 aircraft.
The entire Russian civil aviation industry is under threat, given the sanctions previously imposed by the EU on the use and maintenance of Airbus aircraft.
