Consumer goods and services increased by 1.2% on average in December

According to the State Statistics Committee, consumer goods and services grew by an average of 1.2 per cent in December 2022. During 2022, the growth rate of prices in the consumer sector reached 12.3 per cent.

In December 2022, the leading place in growth of prices and tariffs was occupied by food products, whose prices increased in average by 1.7% during the month.

Prices of non-food products rose by 0.8 per cent and paid services to the population by 1.1 per cent during this period.
