Criminal liability is provided for intentional infliction of bodily harm

For intentional infliction of minor bodily injury, which entailed a short-term deterioration of health, i.e. more than 6 days, but not more than 21 days, or loss of general ability to work for a shorter period, punishment may be applied from a fine of 25 times the amount of BAC to imprisonment for up to 1 year.
