Defendants are entitled to receive legal assistance at the expense of the state

The Senate of the Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan today at a plenary session approved the law "On the provision of legal assistance at the expense of the state."

In accordance with the law, the provision of legal assistance at the expense of the state is now provided in both administrative and civil cases.

Also:

low-income;
persons with mental disorders;
-those who have filed a claim for violation of equality;
The suspect, the accused, the defendant and victims in a criminal case will have the right to receive legal assistance at the expense of the state.
