Development of trade and investments is one of the main factors of the SCO

At the moment, an extended session of the summit is taking place in the congress center in Samarkand with the participation of leaders of the SCO observer states and honored guests.

During his speech, the Head of State proposed to hold a week of business cooperation of the SCO countries in Uzbekistan and to hold an international conference on food safety of the SCO next year.

In addition, the President noted that trade and investments and their development are one of the main factors of the SCO.

Also, in his speech, the President of Uzbekistan called for the establishment of the SCO Climate Council and support for the construction of the Termiz-Mazari Sharif-Kabul-Peshowar road.
