Did you find a treasure? 50 percent yours

In case of discovery of a treasure containing things related to objects of material cultural heritage, they are subject to transfer to state ownership.

At the same time, the owner of the land plot or other property where the treasure was hidden, and the person who discovered the treasure, together have the right to receive a reward in the amount of 50 percent of the value of the treasure. The remuneration shall be distributed among these persons in equal shares, unless otherwise provided by agreement between them.
