Districts are divided into separate categories

Under the new system, districts have been divided into separate categories. It was noted at the meeting that the hokims of the difficult 4th and 5th category districts should change their working methods and approaches.

For example, today experienced personnel have been appointed hokims in all districts of Surkhandarya region.

At the same time, work on poverty reduction in these districts will also be organized in a new way.

In particular:

—In the first stage, the "iron notebook", "youth notebook" and "women's notebook" will be combined into a single system, and a single digital passport for each family will be developed;

—In the second stage, individual programmes to lift each family out of poverty will be designed;

—In the third stage, vocational training for families and an entrepreneurial project are carried out.
