Do drivers have the right to demand a dislocation from a traffic police officer?

When a traffic police officer stops transport, the driver can familiarize himself on the spot with an extract from the place of deployment stating that the traffic police officer is serving in accordance with the location in the area where it stops.

It is forbidden to draw up protocols on violations by a traffic police officer outside the location of the territory assigned to him.

Protocols drawn up outside the place of deployment have no legal force and do not entail legal consequences.
