Early ripening apples are on sale at seven times lower price

In the markets of Uzbekistan, early ripening apples are being sold at a 7 times cheaper price than last year. "East Fruit" analysts informed about this.

It is noted that the new season's apples appeared in Tashkent supermarkets a few days earlier than last year.

On April 17, 2023, the "Korzinka" supermarket chain announced that it has started selling apples popularly called "Maysky" at a retail price of 17,990 soums.

"However, the product is currently available in only four stores of this chain located in Tashkent," the report says.

Let us remind you that early ripe apples in 2022 were put on sale in the capital on April 20-23 at prices ranging from 117,000 to 129,990 soums per kilogram.
