Employees working with appeals to improve their qualifications

The Regulation "On the order of improvement of qualification of workers of state bodies and organizations, working with appeals of individuals and legal entities" is approved by the Government Decision.
According to the Decree one of the basic tasks of raising of qualification and training of workers, who work with appeals, is to study skills of conducting systematic control and monitoring of the situation in the sphere of work with appeals.
Professional development of employees working with appeals is carried out at least once every three years. Costs associated with their advanced training are reimbursed at the expense of the organization that sent them for further professional training. The duration of the in-service training is 12 hours.
Continuing professional development may take the following forms:
-study in an educational institution and its branches;
-on-the-job training for employees;
-in-service training via distance learning.
Continuing professional development courses are concluded with an examination on specific topics (modules) in accordance with the curriculum.
