Entrepreneurs manage their money independently

Government agencies, banks or other credit institutions do not enable the right to determine and control the use of money by entrepreneurs and to impose restrictions on the right to dispose of money at will.

Unlawful suspension of the activities of entrepreneurs and operations on their bank accounts will result in fines for officials in the amount of 40 to 80 times BCA (from 12 million to 24 million UZS).
