Entrepreneurship was legally restricted by civil servants

President Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed the law “On state civil service". Law consists of 10 chapters and 64 substances.

This law regulates all relations related to the activities of more than 118 thousand civil servants on the basis of uniform rules.

From now on, in all ministries and departments where the civil service of the state is applied, various approaches are terminated in matters of hiring employees, assessing the effectiveness of their activities, growing them on service steps, stimulating or disciplinary punishment, and termination of Service.

By law by civil servants:

to occupy a position under direct subordination in close kinship;
engage in entrepreneurship;
receiving a reward from citizens in exchange for the performance of their service;
Opening accounts outside Uzbekistan;
a restriction was established on such cases as obtaining foreign state citizenship.
Also, the document established the non-admission of persons who committed corruption crimes to the civil service of the state, etc.
