Erdogan hands keys to new houses to earthquake victims

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan handed over the keys to private houses in the villages of Belpinar, Nurda district, Gaziantep region, the Uzbek villages of Mesthyuk and Turkoglu, Kahramonmarash region, to the victims of the devastating earthquake in February. It is reported by “Anadolu”.
"15 days after the devastating earthquakes on February 6, the foundations of new private houses were laid. In total, 507,000 apartments and 143,000 private houses will be built in the disaster zone. 319,000 of them will be put into operation within a year. The foundations of about 60,000 houses were laid "This work continues uninterruptedly. Our task is to quickly relocate the citizens affected by the earthquake to new, modern houses with all amenities," the Turkish leader said.
He also said that another 50,000 apartments will be built in Gaziantep in addition to the planned 50,000 apartments. He also assured that the support of the citizens affected by the earthquakes will be continued in all possible ways.
