The Presidential Address notes that a lot of work has been done in the judicial and legal system in recent years to establish justice, but even now there are cases of poor quality of investigation, people's concerns in courts, and non-execution of court decisions.

"Why hasn't the 'e-selection' system of lawyers, which is provided free of charge at the expense of the state, been launched so far? Who is against it?" - the President asked and instructed to ensure the full launch of this system in the near future.

In the short term, a system that will train law enforcement agencies to work in a new way and improve the quality of justice will be put in place.

"The reliable protection of human rights and freedoms must be defined as a constitutional obligation of the state," said President Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
