Final announcement of article reception for the scientific-methodical journal

In cooperation with the National Office of Erasmus + in Uzbekistan and the National Team of Higher Education Experts (HEREs), it was announced a free submission of articles to the scientific-methodological journal “Oliy ta'lim taraqqiyoti istiqbollari".

The avail of this journal is that it is included in the list of scientific journals recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as indexed by Google Scholar and CYBERLENINKA.

During 9 years since 2013, the scientific-methodical journal "Oliy ta'lim taraqqiyoti istiqbollari" has become increasingly popular and one of the leading international scientific journals for the development of higher education in Uzbekistan. In the short run, it is planned to boost the frequency and circulation of its publication and add it to the list of analytical systems Scopus and Web of Science.

Therefore, the requirements for articles are based on international standards for the design of scientific articles. The criteria for the preparation of articles can be found at the following source

General topics of the journal:

Innovative methods and tools in higher education (experience of foreign countries and higher education institutions of Uzbekistan, advanced methods of teaching and learning, organization of the educational process and university management, use of ICT for innovative development of higher education, educational platforms);

Professional development and retraining of higher education personnel (advanced curricula, experience, methods and tools);

Erasmus + software (objectives of the program to support innovative approaches in higher education in Uzbekistan, the experience of successful Erasmus + projects in Uzbekistan and abroad, reports on the results of participation of HEREs team members in international seminars, implementation of the principles of the Bologna process in Uzbekistan, strengthening the role of students in ensuring the quality of higher education, etc.);

Scientific and educational information for universities (electronic libraries, access to information resources for higher education, scientific data, resource use statistics and publishing activities);

Problems and prospects of investing in higher education (criteria for investing in higher education, the experience of foreign countries and Uzbek universities, financial management, investment efficiency, optimizing the use of material and human resources in higher education, etc.).

In addition to the above, the priority topics of the 11th issue of the scientific-methodical journal "Oliy ta'lim taraqqiyoti istiqbollari":

Autonomy of higher education institutions (economic, organizational, technical aspects of Uzbekistan and other countries, the experience of leading countries);

ECTS credit-module system for higher education (concept, requirements for transition to credit-module system, financial management in credit system, curricula, teacher and student mobility, analysis of foreign experience, advantages of ECTS implementation and difficulties, etc.).
