Fire at «Maksam Chirchiq JSC» is completely extinguished

Today morning at about 08:30 a fire broke out at the plant № 5, which belonged to the JSC "Maksam Chirchik" in Chirchik, as a result of which there was an explosion at the production facility.

Two employees of the plant were injured due to the situation. They are currently being treated in a hospital in Chirchik.

As a comprehensive assessment of the accident's causes and consequences requires a special investigation by specialists, more detailed information will be provided later on.
