From 2023, school grades will be taken into account for admission to higher education in Uzbekistan

From this year, the grades from the last 6 years from the school certificate will be added to the points gained for admission to a higher education institution. That is, the annual grades of grades 6-11 or grades 6-9 and colleges 1-2 are taken into account.

The maximum score is 100 per cent and the grades are converted into the grading system as follows:
86-100% - 5;
71-85% - 4;
56-70% - 3;
under 56% - 2.
