Hokim assistants may be admitted to universities on the basis of an interview

It is noted that a relevant resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers has been put up for discussion. Under it, those assistant khokims who do not have higher education may be enrolled in economic courses at state universities on the recommendation of the khokim on a part-time basis on the basis of a government grant.
The cost of their training is covered by the State budget.
P.S. It is planned that the discussion of the resolution will last until 19 November.
