How much incentive is paid to those who report violations?

According to the government's decision, those who submit photos and videos of tangible cultural heritage sites and violations in the field of environmental protection will be rewarded with a cash prize equal to 1 BCA (Basic calculation amount) (270,000 soums).

The materials should clearly state the following:

the offense committed;
information about the offender (if any);
the name of the cultural heritage site (for the relevant offense);
address, date and time of the offense.
People who sent photos and videos depicting the offense:

on illegal felling, logging, damage, destruction or relocation of trees, shrubs, other plants and saplings - in the amount of 1 BCA (270 thousand soums);
for other offenses in the field of ecology, environmental protection and nature management - in the amount of 15% of the fine imposed on the offender;
for violations in the field of protection and use of objects of tangible cultural heritage - a cash prize in the amount of 1 BCA (270 thousand soums).
Incentives:

applies to the person who first reported the offense;
The offense is not carried out on the basis of reports received directly after the detection by the relevant authorities.
