Hyatt Regency Tashkent hotel for sale

The Agency for State Assets Management of the Republic of Uzbekistan announced the sale of the Hyatt Regency Tashkent hotel through a bidding process based on the principles of transparent competition.

LLC “KPMG Valuation and Consulting” is involved in this sales process as an exclusive financial consultant based on the selection of the best proposals for the privatization of the asset.

Brief information about the hotel:

The five-star Hyatt Regency Tashkent hotel was founded in the center of Tashkent in 2016 and became the first hotel of the international Hyatt brand in Uzbekistan.

This is the only five-star hotel in Uzbekistan, which is managed by an international hotel chain.

The hotel is located in the city center, conveniently and in close proximity to the main attractions of Tashkent.

The total area of ​​the land plot is 3.1 hectares, and the area of ​​buildings and structures is 60.1 thousand square meters.

The hotel consists of 8 floors and offers its clients 300 rooms, including 248 standard rooms and 52 suites / semi-suites.

On the territory of the hotel there are several conference rooms of various capacities, equipped at the level of international quality standards, as well as a banquet hall with an area of ​​850 square meters, an indoor pool and a spa center.
