Elon Musk announced the terms of the sale of Twitter

Ilon Musk, one of the world's biggest billionaires and owner of Twitter, said in an interview with the BBC that running the platform is difficult, and said he is ready to sell the company if a suitable buyer appears.

"It's not just a party, it's a very painful process. But it's like a roller coaster, not boring," he said.

Millarder added that things have been bad lately, but buying Twitter was the right decision.

He also said he would not sell Twitter if offered $44 billion. But if the new buyer is committed to telling the truth without hiding it, a deal could be struck.
