In Turkiye, hotels are provided for residents affected by the earthquake

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has declared a state of emergency in the 10 regions of the country that suffered from the earthquake. Tens of thousands of hotel beds have been prepared for the population affected by the earthquake, assistance from sister countries continues to be received. Also, 26 thousand people were involved in rescue operations.
"The earthquake caused huge devastation. It was the largest disaster in the history of not only our country, but the whole world. We declare the regions affected by the earthquake as an emergency area. It was decided to introduce a state of emergency in our country. We are going through the most painful days in our history. Two powerful earthquakes, the center of which was in the Pazarcik and Elbistan districts of Kahramanmaraş, caused great devastation in 10 regions. About 13.5 million of our citizens were killed," the Turkish President noted.
