In Turkiye, the medical detachment of the Ministry of Defense provided medical assistance to 3860 citizens

According to the information service of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Uzbekistan, today, on March 6, qualified servicemen of the Ministry of Defense of Uzbekistan returned to Tashkent, who took part in the elimination of the consequences of the earthquake in Turkiye for 24 days.
On behalf of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Shavkat Mirziyoyev, on February 8 this year, a medical detachment of the Ministry of Defense, consisting of qualified military personnel, left for the Republic of Turkiye to assist in the aftermath of the earthquake and provide medical assistance to victims of the earthquake.
For almost a month, Uzbek servicemen provided humanitarian assistance to the Turkish people affected by the earthquakes and supported them in difficult times. During this time, they provided medical assistance to a total of 3,860 citizens.
