Individuals are now allowed to sell new foreign cars in Uzbekistan

President of Uzbekistan signed a decree "On measures to simplify state regulation of business" from November 9, 2022.

According to the document, from January 1, 2023 the following requirements will be abolished in Uzbekistan:

written notification of creditors when making a decision to reduce the authorized fund (authorized capital) of the subject of entrepreneurship and the announcement of this in the media;

sale of new imported cars shall be carried out only by legal entities - official dealers of manufacturing companies;

suspension of electric power supply to legal entities consuming electric power in excess of the volumes (monthly contractual amounts) established by the power supply contract;

registration of employees hired by an individual entrepreneur with the state tax authorities through registration in the unified national labor system.
According to this decision, from January 1, 2023 individuals will also be able to sell new foreign cars in Uzbekistan.
