Inistondaistan, wearing a mask in closed institutions and public places was defined as compulsory

The minister of health of Kazakhstan noted that since mid-June, the number of people infected with the COVID-19 infection in the country has increased. According to data, the incidence increased by 2.9 times compared to the previous week.

Due to this situation in the country, the following restrictions were re-introduced:

transfer of persons who have close contact with the patient to a remote form of work;

transfer of employees and pregnant women to remote work who have contraindications to vaccination against COVID-19;

mandatory wearing of masks in closed institutions and public places;

transfer of meetings with participation of more than 10 people to online format.

It was also recommended to wear a mask on air and rail routes, as well as on international bus flights.
