Inspections of business activities not registered in the «Uniform State Control» system are illegal

The President's decision "On measures to improve the procedure for coordination of inspections in the activities of business entities" was adopted.

According to the decision, from November 1, 2022, the supervisory authorities will:

inspections of entrepreneurs are registered in the "Uniform State Control" information system (conducting unregistered inspections is illegal);
information about the results of inspections and preventive measures will be entered into the information system of the "Unified State Control" 3 days after the end of the measures.
Entrepreneurs will be notified at least 10 working days in advance of the start of inspections based on the results of the "Risk Analysis" system.

It is not possible to conduct a re-examination of the subject and object of the previously examined activity period of entrepreneurs and to demand previously submitted documents.
