International bus services temporarily suspended

According to the Ministry of Transport, in order to ensure the safety of passenger traffic, given the unfavorable weather conditions, from January 13 this year regular bus services from Uzbekistan on international routes are temporarily suspended.

It is reported that due to the severe cold weather in neighbouring Kazakhstan and Russia, ice is forming on the roads, and as a result of technical faults of vehicles there are cases of passengers getting into difficult situations.
