International exhibitions kicked off

From 23 to 25 November, on the main exhibition platform of the country - National Exhibition Complex "Uzexpocentre" are held exhibitions on agriculture, food industry and technology for the production of packaging. Exhibition company "International Expo Group" organizes the events.
Agriculture in the Republic of Uzbekistan is one of the leading branches of economy, providing more than 28% of gross domestic product of the country, almost 28% of employment and producing socially important products - food for population and raw materials for industry.
Prospects of development, economic and financial condition of many branches of industry of the republic directly depend on agriculture. In recent years, the republic has carried out certain work in the direction of reforming the country's agriculture. In particular, in 2019 approved the "Strategy of agricultural development of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2020 - 2030 years", which covers the main strategic priorities.
Taking into account plans for further development of the country's agriculture, holding such exhibitions as UzAgroExpo, UzProdExpo and InterPackExpo is essential for the development of the industry.
Among the exhibitors at the joint exhibition in 2022, more than 160 companies from 20 countries. Exhibiting countries: Uzbekistan, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Germany, Denmark, India, Iran, Italy, Kazakhstan, China, Kyrgyzstan, Malaysia, Poland, Republic of Korea, Russia, Turkmenistan, Turkey, Czech Republic, Japan.
