Is there a cholera plague in the world now?

The WHO has reasonable doubt that humanity will face a new epidemic in the coming days.
"Cholera can even cause patients to die within hours. Nevertheless, modern medicine is able to cure the disease with special treatments. On the other hand, vaccines against the disease are the most effective measure to prevent cholera.
However, people in some parts of the world are not yet able to use the vaccine. In 2013, our partners established an international stockpile of cholera vaccines. But they are not enough to prevent an epidemic. Therefore, we need to take urgent action in this regard," said Tedros Gebrecius, head of WHO.
Tedros Gebreisous noted that the epidemic had killed people in 27 countries in the past year. More than 10,000 people are suspected of having the dangerous infection as a result of the epidemic seen in Syria over the past six weeks. 1,500 people in Pakistan have died from the infection. If the epidemic is not stopped, the world could face a new pandemic in the coming days.
P.S. Cholera plague is an extremely dangerous acute infectious disease with small intestinal damage, intoxication, general deterioration and dehydration.
