It has been instructed to develop an «Industrial Mortgage» programme

It was noted that in 2023 it is necessary to bring the export of construction materials to 900 million dollars, to produce additional products for domestic market worth 5 trillion sums.

To this end, officials have been instructed to:

Develop an "Industrial Mortgage" programme for producers of construction materials with a grace period of not less than 7 years, 2 years and allocate $50 million of resources for this in the first phase;

To set up industrial zones for construction materials in Nukus, Bulakbashi, Karaulbazar, Farish, Chust, Pakhtachi, Sariasiyo and Uzbekistan districts;

Create a cluster for the production of porcelain ware and sanitary ware in Angren through negotiations with leading enterprises in Spain, Italy and Turkey;

10 projects for the production of finished kaolin products in the Navoiy, Samarkand and Tashkent provinces next year, worth at least $200 million, are to be commissioned in a cluster method.
