It is proposed to increase the ticket price in Tashkent public transport

From May 1, new tariffs will be introduced in public transport. It will also be possible to travel by bus and Metro during the day for 6000 soums.

At the press conference held in AOKA on February 24, it was announced that time-based differential tariff plans will be introduced from May in order to ensure the attractiveness of public transport, ensure stable movement speed on the routes, and create convenience for the population.

In this:

one-time payment, if in cash, is planned to be 2,000 soums, in case of electronic payment, 1,800 soums, and in case of payment by transport card, 1,600 soums;
the first transfer from bus to bus within an hour will be cheaper up to 70%;
the second and subsequent passes will be free for the passenger;
the fare is reduced by up to 30% when transferring from the bus to the metro or from the metro to the bus.
At the same time, one-day unlimited tariffs (6 thousand soums) will be introduced for daily active users of public transport.

In addition, it is planned to introduce short-term tariffs for 5, 10, 15, 20 days and 1 month (bus, bus+metro).
